Anxious.
You know that feeling when something incredible is about to happen, but you don’t know exactly what it is? You have that deep-down excitement in your bones that just won’t let go.
We’ve wanted to share something with you that we’ve been sitting on for the past 40 years.
And finally, the time has come.
We didn’t know it at the time, but in 1980 we embarked on a journey, a path, an adventure that has become quite simply Remarkable. We had no idea that following a few simple principles would lead us into a life that from the outside may look chaotic, hectic, stressful, and relentless, but from the inside has brought us so far past those temporary emotions that you wouldn’t believe it if we told you.
But we’re going to try.
In fact, we’re going to die trying.
This Remarkable Adventure website is where you’ll get to see what it’s like for us, a family of two parents and 18 children; where opportunities reside, faith is a bedrock, and love abounds. Where working together through the challenges of life brings us closer to each other, and helps us become a little more refined.
As you will see, we don’t have all the answers. But we have quite a few.
And that’s what we want to share with you.
We’re building a nation of happy, grateful, loving, wonderful families who are raising happy, grateful, loving, wonderful children who will grow up and do the same for their children someday.
Capturing it all is a challenge. In truth, you’ll probably only get a glimpse. But we’re certain you’re going to like what you do see.
